Check out this featurette for the upcoming Seth Rogen flick, Observe and Report. It's hilarious, and adds to the already huge list of why I'm psyched for when this movie hits theaters April 10th.

Recently, Pixar has released an extended trailer for their new movie, 'UP', coming out May 29, 2009.

I am a Pixar Fangirl, so I'm a little bit biased when it comes to their movies, but even I recognize that the trailer is a little bit choppy. I'm thinking they just don't want to give anything away, plot-wise.
But still, this trailer gives us a nice glimpse at the characters and introduces us to a few others that weren't in the teaser trailer, such as the dog, Doug.

Anyways, this looks awesome. And I can't wait to see it in 3D (it's Pixar's first Disney Digital 3D movie, if I'm not mistaken) when it comes out in May!

PS: Check out Disney▪Pixar's Facebook Page for photos, trailers and special Minisodes (called UPisodes) featuring the lead characters!

Sam Raimi, best known for his directorial work on the Spiderman franchise, is also known as a mater of horror due to his debut effort Evil Dead and its sequels. Well it seems Mr. Raimi is taking a break from superheros and returning to his roots with Drag Me To Hell - check out the trailer below.

The beginning of the trailer almost felt like a short story, did anyone else find it funny that this movie is basically a revenge plot by someone who doesn't want to pay their mortgage?

I don't know the movie seems a little unfinished at this point, or it may just be the look Raimi is going for.
That old lady scared the crap out of me though, mortgages are deadly.

Drag Me To Hell is going to screen at SXSW, and will hopefully get a solid release date shortly after.

Transformers director Michael Bay, has confirmed that we will be seeing Megatron once again in Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen, the sequel to 2007's blockbuster, Transformers.

Apparently
Hugo Weaving, who voiced the character in the first installment "let the cat out of the bag" while talking to a reporter for an Australian magazine, The Advertiser, in the article he stated that he has already recorded his dialogue for the movie, and he's "given out the secret scoop"

Bay who was hoping to keep it all secret had to confirm the rumors after Weaving spilled the beans, he had this to say: "Okay cat is out of the bag.
Megatron is back - but you will only get to see him from the long lost past. We go way back in time as this movie explains the mythology of the Primes. He is not a tank like everyone suggests, but an alien vehicle. But sadly he does not have has much screen time."

So there you have it, a flashback with
Megatron, yay.
I never really liked Megatron, though an iconic character from the toys, and cartoon, his days on the big screen ended in the first movie - it's time to move on to bigger and better things.

Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen hits theaters June 26, 2009

Having not being that big of a fan of the whole Star Trek culture, I'll admit that when I heard the news of JJ Abrams decision to "reboot" the franchise, I was quite neutral to the whole concept. Really the only thing that seemed somewhat appealing to me about the project was just.. JJ Abrams.

After seeing the first teaser trailer, my thoughts never really changed, but after viewing this new full length trailer, I can safely say that I am down for some Trekkie action, and alien Eric Bana.

Check it out:

How amazing is that music? Taking a lot of cues from The Dark Knight soundtrack. The only thing I'm still not sure about, is the casting choices, they seem a little immature in my opinion, but maybe that's because this is a sort of "origin" plot, and they're supposed to seem reckless and fun.

Star Trek opens on May 8th, 2009.

A hilarious redband clip for Paul Rudd's new comedy I Love You, Man has been posted on the film's official website iloveyouman.com - it's only viewable to those who live in the US, but we found the clip for all you international guests. Check it out below:

Gotta love Favreau; some low budget SFX really go a long way in this clip. This movie is continuing to prove that it should be quite the fun spring flick, and hopefully it will set a tone for the rest of 2009 in terms of good comedies.

I Love You, Man hits theaters March 20th and stars Paul Rudd and Jason Segel.

Were about two weeks away from the Watchmen release date, that mean's a lot of footage is going to start pouring on the web and TV. Which is good, but I personally don't want to see the entire movie before I get to watch it on March 6th, that being said here is a kickass clip presented by director Zack Snyder - doing his best impression of a mac vs pc ad.

During the credits of the Oscars last night they showed footage from upcoming 2009 releases. Among the footage were clips from films we haven't seen anything from, such as Public Enemies and Sherlock Holmes. If you happened to miss it here's the 3 minute clip in it's entirety. (blame ABC for the terrible music playing over top)

If you didn't catch the new Transformers 2 trailer in theaters this weekend, I found a good copy of it for you to enjoy:

It is all kinds of awesome, I have one issue with it though, the pacing is a little slow for such crazy action, but at least the crazy action is kickass. Definite Armageddon vibe going on at the beginning, and Pearl Harbour, and.. oh wait those are all Michael Bay movies. Go figure.

Revenge of the Fallen hits theaters June 24th 2009.
